AntDigitalKC provides digital marketing services including Google Business Profile optimization, social media management, and local lead generation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined at the time of purchase or agreement.
Payment for services is due as specified at the time of purchase. Monthly services are billed in advance. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and timely access to accounts and platforms required to perform the services. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created for their accounts. AntDigitalKC retains the right to display completed work as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AntDigitalKC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is due upon termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kansas City, Missouri.
